VIVIN Grocery presents the all-you-can-eat cheese buffet highlighting artisanal Thai artisanal cheese.
This buffet is the latest movement by VIVIN Grocery to help raise the profile of artisanal gourmet and fine products lovingly created by local producers in Thailand to supplement their livelihood with sustainability in mind as an alternative to imported goods from industrial producers.
For 1 hour and 45 minutes, guests can enjoy a generous selection (over 20 types) of locally-made cheeses such as Molene, Halloumi, Cibulet, Burrata, Feta, Le Doi Pao, Baan Tao, Mae Lao, and many more!
All this cheese is paired with an array of homemade charcuterie and Thai cold cuts signatures from Vivin Grocery.
All Thai artisanal cheeses and homemade charcuterie, cold cuts, bread, and condiments will be made available for all guests with classic condiments to accompany the buffet like premium Italian olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
The first buffet public launch starts from this Sunday, October 17th, 2021 onwards and will carry on once a month with two sitting times from 11am to 12:45pm and from 1pm to 2:45pm with a limit of 20 seats per round. The smorgasbord of premium cheese buffet is available at 890THB Net per person only!
