A new Thai x Churrasco dinner where selected meats are served from giant skewers by Skewer Heroes only available at Party House One, Siam@Siam Bangkok
The word “churrasco” refers to grilled beef or meat in general in Spanish and Portuguese. While the variety of grilled meats differ across the location, whether it be Latin America or Europe, the prominent feature stays the same. Giant skewers. Fresh selected meat cuts. Fire. Delicious BBQ sauce.
Party House One at Siam@Siam Hotel Bangkok today presents its first “Thai Churrasco BBQ” dining options. The menu is packed full of premium meats carefully selected from America, New Zealand, Australia, Argentina and, of course, Thailand.
Each type of meat is marinated in secret recipe sauce and some with a Thai twist of spices and chili. Guests can choose between 10 to 15 types of meat and the “Skewer Heroes” will rotate to offer and serve until you have to say no.
The meat lineup include delicious selections like Chorizo, Hua-Jai-Gai (chicken heart with soy sauce), Sai-Oua (Northern herb pork sausage), Pork loin with coriander seed and pepper, giant squid, Salmon satay served in wrapped banana leaf with satay curry sauce, chicken wings glazed with Sriracha sauce, bacon wrapped mushroom, Picanha (120-day Black Angus rump cap with Thai sea salt and pepper), USA Angus tenderloin with Thai bell peppers, tiger prawns, 48-hour marinated grass-fed beef cheek from Argentina with Galangal and kaffir lime leaves, Surin-Matsusaka Nichi Wagyu Round steak with Chinese spirit, and lamb leg in Massaman curry and many more.
By the way, don’t forget to leave room for desserts.
From today onwards from 6-10.30pm, you can literally eat to your tummy’s content with Thai x Churrasco dinner packages alongside fantastic live bands.
