Arcadia Fine Foods and Taste & Travel with Chef Hnoi is proud to present the third edition of Krua Noi that’s coming up this Sunday 16 May 2021, 4 pm-6.30 pm TH / 10 am-12.30 pm GMT / 11 am-1.30 pm CET.

This is another beautiful addition to our collection of cozy Little Kitchens of Arcadia, where we seek to revive and share traditional home recipes!

In this episode, Kura Noi will present the dish under the theme, “Exploring Food as Self-Care #2: Thai Sweet Basil.” Everyone will get to learn to make three home-recipe with a selection of local ingredients and a quintessential Thai herb-sweet basil.

The three recipes include steamed mussels with Thai herbs (Hoi Malaeng Puu Nueng Samunphrai), sliced pork tenderloin in curried coconut sauce with pea eggplants, basil, and mild chilies (Panang Moo), and Thai sweet basil herbal tonic and cocktail.

The cooking workshop will be hosted online with the participating fee of 1,050 baht per person (online class only) and 1,750 baht per person (inclusive of instruction, materials, ingredients; excluding delivery fee which will be charged at cost/international online transaction fees). Link to the cooking workshop will be provided upon registration.
