Carl's Jr healthier options

Wanting to proof that ‘fast food’ doesn’t have to equate to ‘junk food’, Carl’s Jr. Thailand jumped on the health trend with their new low-carb, low-cal menu options.

Taking pride in offering healthy ‘fast food’, Carl’s Jr. is proud to announce that it has never used the Partially Hydrogenated Oils (or PHO) in its food preparation process in Thailand. This is in line with the Ministry of Public Health’s banning on all use of PHO.

Low-carb chargrilled chicken club

350 calories, 36g chargrilled chicken breast, 950mg sodium, 36g protein

Juicy and perfectly chargrilled chicken breast served with fresh tomatoes, cheese, onions

This certainly is a much healthier option and will definitely keep you fuller for longer while enabling you to enjoy the juicy and delicious chargrilled chicken breast that is full of flavor.

This refreshing meal comes with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, grated carrot, and cabbage. You get all the delish while also getting all the necessary vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber that will definitely give your body a boost. Customers can choose with or without cheese on top, but I’d say the cheese does add more to the overall flavor.

Together with the dressing, the meal offers a great and balanced note to get you through the day feeling full and fulfilled taste-wise and nutrition-wise.

Guacamole Bacon Beef Burger

950 calories, 67g fat, 1810mg sodium, 50g carb, 39g protein

Now, I’m an absolute fan of guacamole, especially when it’s done right. While the guacamole in Carl’s Jr. Guacamole Bacon Burger is not done Mexican style per se, nutrition-wise, we all know that avocado is hailed as a superfood.

Made with fresh ripe avocados with a dash of aromatic garlic, fresh tomatoes, onions, coriander, and fresh lime juice, this addition is healthy, creamy, and absolutely delicious.

The taste goes perfectly with the chargrilled beef, and crispy bacon.

To cut down on the calories even further, try swap out the buns for the veggie lettuce wrap.

Carl’s Jr. only selects premium Australian beef for its burgers menu due to the delicious flavor. It is considered also to be amongst the best beef in the world.

Customers can switch to low carb option and swap out the bun except for the everyday burgers menu.

Black tea is an excellent source of powerful antioxidants (the flavonoids thearubigin and theaflavin believed to help fight the negative effects free radicals have to your body).

Switch from the normal sodas to the Carl’s Jr. house-brewed iced tea with fresh lemon for a 0 calories option beverage.

The tea is made fresh daily. It is refreshing, delicious, and rich with antioxidants and tannins, a perfectly healthier alternative to the sodas.

The Carl’s Jr. also offers free top-ups on the iced tea just as they do with the soda fountain.
