Mint Cafe

A gem (or three) in the city of Bangkok

Arriving on Yothin Phattana Soi 3, one is greeted with the wide-open space in front of a chic building that is the Mint Cafe. (Keep an eye on the billboard with a giant Shih Tzu puppy, trust me, you can’t miss it.)

Stepping inside, the cafe’s atmosphere immediately puts you at ease.

The Mint Cafe

The Mint Cafe offers healthy and homey choices of food together with choices of refreshments for guests of all ages.

The seating arrangements have been reduced to follow the social distancing rules, however, there are still ample space and large tables suitable for a small group gathering amongst family and friends.

The cafe is loaded with a mint-green color scheme, the friendly staff is always ready to serve an array of health-centric dishes and a great selection of beverages including fresh fruit juices.

The Mint Dog Yard

Located in front of the cafe is the Mint Dog Yard. Customers and guests are welcome to bring their four-legged companions to enjoy a day out in the sun (with air-con space nearby to hide from the heat when needed) with their friends and yours.

It is a fun and open community space for human families and fur-babies to chill out, meet up, and hang out.

Mint Dog Yard

This dog yard is spacious and kept clean at all times. The ground is lined with high-quality faux grass with boxes of little black bags and trash cans at-the-ready.

There is a glasshouse equipped with air-conditioner where both owners and their pups can sit back and chill while enjoying some yummy snacks.

The Peppermint Bike Park

Next, the Peppermint Bike Park located past the large parking lot behind Mint Cafe.

The office is a bright mint-green structure by the entrance of the park. In the ‘old normal,’ this is where guests can choose and pay to use the bike park and rent the equipment if needed.

Since the COVID-19 introduces itself to the world, the bike park now operates in sessions. Customers need to book their desired session and confirm payment beforehand.

Peppermint Bike Park

The Peppermint Bike Park sits on an 8 rais (approximately 3.16 acres) of land with choices of cycling courses from easy (blue lane) 500 meters around the park, or the more robust and adventurous mountain bike trails.

Start line

The park is perfect for mountain bikes so, cycles with more (or less) than two wheels aren’t allowed. The staff is adamant about this as the safety of the guests is their main concern.
