A new delivery service offering a selection of dishes based on Khun Yai Somsri Chantra’s crab roe and roasted salt and chili mix

Supanniga Group announced the launch of ‘Sood Kua,’ a delivery service offering a selection of Supanniga-style roasted ingredients dishes.

The menu revolves around roasted salt and chili mix. Introducing four dishes including crab roe, minced shrimp, minced pork and a combination of all of the above served on steamed Jasmine rice or fried rice, with options of boiled or fried duck egg on top.

This is truly one-of-a-kind ready-to-dine dish, Supanniga style.

Four selections of the Sood Kua menu include crab roe with Trad-style roasted salt and chili mix either with fried rice or on rice (185 baht); minced shrimp with Trad-style roasted salt and chili mix with fried rice or rice (185 baht); minced pork with Trad-style roasted salt and chili mix with fried rice or rice (105 baht); and a combination of crab roe, minced shrimp, minced pork with the chili mix with fried rice or rice (145 baht) (prices include a fried or boiled duck egg).

The dishes will be delivered right to your doorstep, at home or at work or anywhere within the city with environmentally-conscious packaging.

Special discount available for customers who opt to reduce waste who omit disposable utensils and tissue papers.
