Chef Ian Kittichai

Revitalizing the classical recipes with a unique culinary concept by Chef Ian Kittichai

Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort, the health-focused retreat located in the city center, introduces Khum Hom restaurant.

Meaning ‘aromatic bite-sized portion’ in Thai, the new restaurant is overseen by the celebrated Chef Ian Kittichai, the award-winning chef, author and television personality famous for his modern gastronomic approach. This would mark as the first time Chef Ian has collaborated with a hotel in Thailand.

The signature dishes include Khao Pad Rodfai—wok-fried rice with lobster, organic egg with red dragon fruit and Golea—charcoal-grilled grouper with red chili paste and cumin.

All ingredients are locally sourced and carefully selected with health benefits in mind.

Available menu include lunch, a la carte, a special Farmer’s menu focusing only on plant-based and gluten-free options, and tasting menu with options of four or five courses. Prices start at B210++ for A La Carte and B1,990++ for the Tasting Menu.

Khum Hom is a casual dining concept and is the latest outlet to join Tamarind restaurant, Rim Klong Cafe, Cinnamon Lobby Bar, and Sala Pool Bar at Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort, Bangkok.
