Recently launched its grand opening party, this year’s 27th European Union Film Festival is sure to be something different.
In celebration of this year’s European Year of Culture Heritage, the European Union in Thailand decided that it will freshen up its annual film festival just a little … or a lot.
All screening this year will be at European culture venues including many of the European Union’s Ambassador’s residences.
Screening during the festival this year include quality movies like Mademoiselle Paradis, In the Shadow, The Commune, Al Berto, Fanny and Alexander, The Bar, Loving Vincent, I Am Not A Witch, and many more.
Screening locations
Screening locations this year include House No. 1, Goethe Institut, Danish Residence, Portuguese Residence, Belgian Residence, Alliance Française, Austrian Residence, Dutch Residence, Italian Residence, and this could also be one of the last opportunity to see inside of the British Residence before the beautiful site is gone.
The European Union Open-Air Film Festival 2018 will run from 29 November to 17 December. All films will be screened in their original languages with Thai and English subtitles. Admission to all film screenings is free, however, pre-registration is required for entry to each film screening.
