Inspired to create a special menu for the most beloved woman in a person’s life, Chef Nooror, mother of three herself, presents Steamed Aunchan Black Truffle Dumplings from the Royal Kitchen with Black Truffle “Black Diamond Garlic” for a starter.

The main course Forgotten Grilled Mackerel Curry, authentic cassia leaves curry with grilled mackerel in coconut milk, a traditional dish created during King Rama V (King Chulalongkorn) reign and provides benefits for the digestive system, and relieves stress. ‘Nam Prik Ma-Kham’ (Tamarind Shrimp Paste Dip) served with fresh vegetables accompanies a wholesome and healthy main course.

The dessert is Chef Nooror’s irresistibly savory dessert Kao Niew Piek Lum Yai. It is a plate of sticky rice pudding topped with longan and scented with butterfly pea flowers-infused coconut cream, served with Aunchan coconut ice cream.
